Your family are the most important people around you having pictures that capture your connection and love are a must.

During your family photography session I love to capture the little things; the look your son makes when you pull a funny face, the little hand inside yours, or the way your daughter plays with the locket around your neck. Memories fade too quickly, I want to capture these snapshots for you to look back on for years to come.

 We can head out for a walk with the dog or hang out at your place playing board games, help mum about the house or make a bonfire in the garden – I’ll catch your family just being themselves.

Why organise a family photography session?

There are countless reasons you may want to preserve memories of your precious family. My aim is to capture you and your family just being themselves; the love, the connection and the giggles.

 I take the candid shots; undirected, natural and informal, allowing for creative photos which really show you as a family for you to keep forever.

 Whether you want to climb to the top of a hill, jump on a quad bike or hang out at home - your decision.

Life is life, even in all the chaos of parenting, it's worth documenting. We all know they change so quickly.  

What happens in a family session?

It all beings with a very relaxed consultation over the phone. We will have a chat and discover your expectations from the session and discuss a few different ideas.

If you have any questions at this point, or throughout the whole process feel free to ask away.

Once you have booked your photography session I will send you a questionnaire to fill out. This will give us both a good idea of what you want and need from the session.

The sessions themselves last between 1-2 hours and we can be flexible and play it by ear with the time and day. As we know the weather can change at the drop of a hat, and the light may be better depending on the time of day.

 I don't use studio lights or have a lot of kit, it's just me , my two cameras, and 20 years of experience.
